Coming from a large family, our Managing Director has always been a caregiver, looking after parents, family members, and now, many clients who have become an extended part of this caregiving family. The joy of seeing individuals thrive, of witnessing their happiness and health, has been a driving force behind our company's ethos. Every detail matters when it comes to care, from ensuring proper medication to assisting with doctor's appointments. Client-Centred Approach
Before the commencement of care, we undertake a risk assessment of occupational and environmental health & safety hazards within the home of each new client.
We prioritize matching our social care workers as closely as possible to the needs and requirements of the client, while also respecting the client's right to change their social care worker in the event of non-compatibility.
Every service user receives written information on our organization's services, procedures for complaints, compliments, and complaints resolution. We ensure that they are well-informed on how to utilize these resources.
